Followed this recipe.
Chicken was *great*. The Nuoc Cham sauce wasn't quite right, and we kind of messed up the bowl part. Didn't soak the noodles long enough or julienne the vegetables right. But good to try again!
Maria said she'd eat it "on repeat"
